Notes
Ran the 8 miles on the Gans Creek area with Andy x 2, Jeff, and one other guy. Several that have run before were mountain biking today. We also had some walkers. There was some mud today so had to hose the shoes off when I got home. Legs worked hard on the hills and felt like a good leg workout. Very enjoyable morning for a trail run. Would have loved to run longer.
