Notes
It rained hard last night, but I had no idea of all the flooding. When I got to the MKT, we could not park in the lower lot due to flooding. It was announced we would do the rain run. We ran out 40 sec and had to turn around due to water over the trail so decided to use the roads. I ran with Dan, Phil, and Katie. I wasn't paying much try attention to pace, but felt difficult due to the fact I couldn't catch my breath. I started to feel good at 6.2 mi, but only lasted about half mile. Up the hill, I let them all pass me. Then my GPS froze and the buttons were not functional. I decided this was a good excuse to try to catch Dan and use his time. He said he was doing an extra loop to get 10 miles. I managed to stay with him. I am not sure what was wrong with me today. I don't normally have problems breathing.
