Notes
Ran to mulch pile which I don't remember doing in awhile. Ran with Sam for a bit, he went ahead, and then ran with Katy, Dan, and Phil. Fell on my hands on a nice soft pile of dirt crossing the creek. Then we encountered a runner down that I guess ran into the wire crossing the trail. On the way back, we had to wait for them to transport her from the police car to the ambulance at the creek bed. Waited over 5 min so GPS shut off. I ran under the road (which is now fixed) so lost the group I was running with. At the end ran a loop on the trail. I was glad it was a flat easy run today since I am tired from lack of sleep.
