Notes
Cold and windy run today. I decided that I was going to try to stay behind someone today. I ended up running with Mike, Matt, Lance, and I think John was right behind us. We stayed together until Providence and Mike went to campus, Lance took the trail and I followed Matt as we ran into the wind up Providence. He gained a pretty big lead on me. On Stadium I started to catch up on the hill towards Forum and was getting closer and then he turned off at Breaktime to run home. When I got back to the trail I didn't see anyone around so went out and back to make it 10 miles.
