Another easy run. Finally figured out who the guy is that has been yelling "Go Emerson". It is Barney Sword, a runner in his 70s and he lives on Randy Ln. He yelled at me Sunday too and I thought he looked familiar. I couldn't think of many guys that age that would cheer for a runner. Looked him up in the phone book and that is where he lives. I ran a few 30 sec strides at marathon pace. Everything felt pretty easy. It was good to run off some of the stress of the week. Job interviews are about one of top 10 least fun things to do, but went okay and I don't need the job so no real stress.
