Ran with group at RB. Ran a 5.5 mi loop and then ran the 2.3 mi grassland/hill loop on the Gans side. Then I went back out and ran 8 more on my own on the Gans side. I was feeling really achy today in the right buttock but after 10 miles I felt better and tried to push the pace on my own. I pushed through the buttock pain and had a decent run in the snow. The only time I fell was coming back from the first 8 mi I stepped on the ice on the driveway and slipped. I didn't have any slipping issues on the trails.
