Notes
I hoped to start at 7 but slept until 7 so didn't start until 8 am with the group. I woke up with a few less sore spots than I went to bed. Left quad that I fell on was little stiff at first but loosened up. I think I could have run all day (at least at a slower pace) so that is a good sign. I ran the first 3 mi extra slow today since stayed with a new trail runner that wasn't as fast and it helped loosen up my quad. Everyone ran different distances today. I finished last part of Shawn's run with him. Felt like it had turned colder and starting to rain. I would have liked to run more but was hungry and needed to get home.
