Watched the intro P90X DVD while doing my regular workout. Checking out the program and seeing if can maybe integrate some of it into my routine. Guy on DVD is funny - may have to turn the sound off or maybe I will find him motivating? Reminds me of Body for LIfe but more advanced. Catch phrase "Bring it!" Short DVD so put in the Chest/Back - DVD1 to review. Looks very doable and intense.
