Notes
Cold, windy, and muddy. Slipped a few times and fell once on some rocks. Didn't land too gracefully so minor cut on left arm and left knee. Also, right ring finger hurts a little to bend and slightly swollen. Got in 9 miles before Dan & Jeff showed up. They were thinking shorter run today which was fine with me so got in 7 more miles without injuring myself further. Will try again tomorrow.
