Felt in control during tempo part. Don't quite have the wind yet to go much faster. A couple more of these faster paced workouts should help out. Feels like I'm almost starting from scratch now, lost most of my fitness from the marathon. Sleeping much better now, last 3 days my body temp is much better. Havent been waking up sweating or cold.
