Starting near the end of HH's 8 wk Adv 5k plan. Hopefully, the fitness I had isnt totally lost and its it just extra soreness from lack of miles. Maybe the lungs and legs will come back once I'm used to it again. Felt better today. Legs were a little sore 2 miles in, and continued to feel about the same most of the run. Pretty happy to get through it even though quads hurt afterwards. Nice to get a run in when there's snow out there and not much traffic.
