Right calf still a tight from pulling it on Sat. Felt better today and was able to run very well in the base run up to the intervals. Ran intervals too fast, was pushing the last one to stay on pace and felt left leg pull a little, but recovered quickly. Then right hammy felt pull. Finished the last 300m then stopped. Was going too hard and caused the pull. Probably running a little awkward as a result of the calf pull. Last interval was the correct pace. Have to work on pacing better. Too it easy on the run home and iced rt hammy.
