Didnt feel very good to start. Achilles is better, been using ice and ibuprofen at night. Right hip hurts a ton, I limp around after sitting for more than a few mins. It was a bit sore to start the run and was a little uncomfortable most of the run. Didnt expect to do strides, but achilles didnt hurt so I got in 10x100. Workout felt a lot tougher than it should have. Legs still recovering from last week.
