Notes

Longest run in quite some time, the plan is to increase long run mileage and overall weekly mileage. School and practicum are getting a little busier but I am committed to keeping up with running.

I didn't get around to running yesterday but did bike 14 miles with 2 of my cohort friends. Didn't realize how bad that would make my legs feel. Tried to take it easy today, took a longer stop at the halfway point and any lights I got caught at to gather my motivation to make it home lol

Biking is very underrated, especially when and if it’s hillier. Sounds like a lot of fun tho!
