Went to my dad's gym with my sister today to cross train because I'm feeling like a blob and don't want to lose all my fitness. My hip felt mostly fine today but what I'm trying to avoid is the same thing that happened last week where I took thursday-sunday off and then ran Monday-wednesday and my hip hurt all over again. So i'm just gonna chill and cross train this week and then try and start running next week. Not sure if this is the right move but we'll see how it works out. I'm sad I'll be behind on the training though. And my training graph is gonna look quite ugly for the month of december. I was on the elliptical for 35 boring sweaty minutes and then I even lifted things with my arms and did some leg presses. Best part of going to this gym is that I ran into a high school friend from my XC/track team that I haven't talked to or seen in like a year
