35 more fun minutes on the elliptical, core today too. I even squatted today with my friend high school friend Stephanie who works there. It's funny because we sucked and hated lifting in high school and now she's all good and qualified at it. So far this week my hip is not hurting which is positive but we'll see if it lasts.
