It was so cold today but overall it was really nice to be back running with the team. Sara's eyelashes freeze when it gets really cold and it looks really cool. My knee felt fine but then again maybe I couldn't feel it since the real feel was -7. Core after. I'm definitely looking forward to running inside tomorrow.
