This isn't as long as my previous long runs but given my knee situation it was the most I wanted to run. My knee felt good throughout but we'll see how it feels later. I'm really not a fan of treadmill running but I've been doing a lot of it lately because it's a softer surface and it's easier to run with good form. The one and only thing I like about treadmill running is that i listen to music which makes it not drag as much. I wish one of the old ladies getting her Saturday afternoon level 10 incline power walk in would have reminded me how much I hate treadmills and how tired it will make me but everything is ok because now I get pizza for dinner. I also did core and stretched.
