Notes

This wasn't the workout I was supposed to do, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to run with my high school xc/track friends at 6:30am. My knee has benefitted from the last two days of treadmill running and I'm feeling hopeful it will be ok. There was little to no pain running this workout on an indoor track.
