Feeling achey and sore since getting back to running. Ran with Julia for the first 1.25 miles and then ran with Riley, Abby, and Leonel, what a treat! Definitely an easier run than yesterday so this was really nice.. Women's core back at the armory, foam rolling when I got home. If we're comparing yesterday and today, hip-wise today was a little better.
Come see me and the rest of my band on Friday @ 8pm at the clubhaus. You can see me and some of your very own teammates play musical instruments/sing! And my former drummer (Daniella) is joining us again :) I'm pretty proud of what we've come up with
