Straw and I ran around 3pm after I was off of work and when it was about 95 degrees. Very toasty but very proud of myself, did my first unassisted pull up today. We've been working on doing pull ups with good form so I was very happy and also feel lucky I have someone to lift me up to the pull up bar and work on this with me. Got some good foam rolling in on the balcony afterwards
