Dreadmill

Notes

5:1 intervals x 8. However, only completed 6. Treadmill run at gym. A few things:

* Felt hungry when I got to gym. Had started snacking on balance bar but didn't like it. Need more food?

* Sinuses in gym were burning, but when I tried to breathe through my mouth, that felt weird too. I was right underneath fan. Try a new spot?

* Felt a little nauseous. The gatorade actually felt too sweet this time. I ate pizza at work late. Bad snack.

* As usual, not quite enough sleep for a Sunday night. Too tired?

All of my running was 12:45-13:02. Well, a brief interval of faster, but couldn't hold it long.

All in all, just didn't have it today. Glad to have completed six intervals.
