I've been lazy last month. 33 miles in total including a 26.2 miles marathon. I feel fat, lazy and unhappy. By body is hurting from not running. I am moody and have little motivation whatsoever. I knew it's time to put on my running shoes.
Today was the day. Planned to run the Weird Canyon Park hills and ended up doing the out-and-back trail TWICE! Covered more than 2,000' elevation gain and found it challenging reaching the top of the hill the second time.
Was suprised that I was able to pull this one since I haven't run for a while. Just doing this run once is pretty hard. I guess I'm proud of myself today.
Now I have to keep it up. March will be difficult due the C2M 100 miler. If I DNF there then I will be devastated. That cannot happen.
