Notes
This was a 5K run. I couldn't find the place and got there 10 minutes before start. Already then I was stressed out and consumed a lot of energy I wanted to save for the run. Anyhow, the course was easy flat. I had some difficulties getting in the mood but held through till the end of the race. The last half mile I sprinted to make a better finish. The night before I only slept about 4 hours and that was a factor too for sure.
