Notes
2.5 to the common (via the softball field for a run-saving port-o-potty stop),
stopped the watch and did heel lifts and backward running,
3.4 easy/steady,
6 x strides along main st,
3.2 jog home.
Legs and feet really tired today from fun at the beach yesterday. Slightest bit of hamstring/butt pain too but I can't tell if I'm being too sensitive. Could also be bc I've done a ton of driving lately.
Side note: I have not updated my weight in ages but I think it's been a while since I was 154 and the last couple of times I weighed myself, including last night, I was right around 150 on the bathroom scale (for what that's worth) so I'm going with 152 for now. Eh. Whatever. Pretty sure my weight is down a couple/few pounds from the spring.
