Tuesday hills, on Thursday this week. Dan convinced me to move my hill workout to Thirsty Thursday--it didn't take much convincing since it was about 20 degrees warmer tonight than Tuesday morning.

10 x Prospect hill loops plus a 2 mile cooldown. No warmup needed just running a bunch of hills. Hudson joined us for hills 3-9. Portland Pie.
