Jog to track then another mile+ on the roads with Hudson,
4 x 2000m @ 10k - 15k pace / jog a 400,
jog home.
Kept hitting the 1600 way too fast then backing off for the last quarter but wanted to reverse it for the alst onne so glided the first 1600m of the last one then hammered the last quarter in about 80 sec. Damn good workout. I gotta stop letting Hudson drag me out too fast on the first ones though.
