Notes
Meh. A very wet slog in a hard rain. Didn't really have any pop but never faded too badly and picked off a bunch of guys in the 2nd half. Not real sure about some of those mile markers but here are my "3 mile" splits:
3 mi: 18:45 (6:15)
3 mi: 18:36 (6:12)
3 mi: 18:47 (6:16)
3 mi: 18:34 (6:11)
1.1 mi: 6:47 (6:10)
Dan Vassallo won by a lot, Hudson 2nd, Dave DeChellis 3rd, Joe O'Leary 4th, me in 5th. I don't feel like I ran very hard, just couldn't really get into it...not sure why. I think a combination of the absolutely shitty weather and the fact that I've averaged 78 miles per week for the last 6 weeks. Good workout anyway, move on.
