Pigeon hip extensions,

Lunge elbow-to-instep,

Pushups,

Knee drives,

Foam roller hamstrings and calves.

Shoulda done this last night but was too tired. Hammys and calves a little tight but what do you expect after breaking a 10-year-old 5k PR?
