Notes

Pigeon hip extension with lots of extra hip stretching,

Lunge elbow to instep,

One legged squats,

Palms out push ups,

Balance,

Knee drives,

Foam roller hamstrings, calves, quads, hips,

Rolled feet.

Been way too long, gotta get back in the routine. Felts so much better after this.
