An "easy 18" with Mark and Dan. Mark stayed true to his word--we pretty much stayed in the 7:30 range the whole time. Dan did a couple fast miles on the track while Mark and I went up Van Norden and then met back up with him on Willow. About the easiest 18 miler I can recall.
