4 miles easy (7:51, 7:52, 7:46, 7:25),
3 mile progression trying to average about MP (6:43, 6:37, 5:57),
3 miles easy (7:38, 7:39, 7:37.)
Stepped in a hole in the dark on North Ave while going about 6:30 pace and rolled my left ankle. Skipped a few steps and it didn't feel to bad so just kept going. It didn't hurt at all the rest of the run but I feel it now. Probably nothing and I wouldn't even note it if it wasn't 4 days til my goal marathon.
