GLRR workout at rat dome. 6 x 800 / jog 400 in 2:53, 3:00, 3:05, 3:11, 3:01, 2:54.
I let deluc, x and ob go. Mostly I ran with Katie Gessler. The first few were probably too fast for her, which made the 4th one too slow. But man it felt good to run fast(ish) and omg my ankle didn't hurt at all. I think I may have actually cured myself.
