stopped the watch and did 3 x 100ft heel lifts / 3 x 100m backward run (and port-o-potty stop by the boat rental),

3+ easy,

6 x strides along main st,

2.6 easy home.

Lots of Army guys and gals doing PT this am. And a fitness boot camp by the gazebo watching me do my drills.

On woburn st in front of the church and old black lady crouched and smiled and waved at me by wiggling her fingers. I realized I had been wiggling my fingers as I sometimes do subconsciously when it's hot out (maybe to flick sweat off my fingers?) I smiled and said good morning. Heh.

Did 2 x 20 eccentric calf raises.

Then I wrung out my shorts and shirt and went straight in the shower ... swampy out.
