Did 6 x strides back and forth in front of memorial just to "put a little tension in the legs."
Calf spoke up a bit during the strides and especially on the jog home, but nothing to worry about. It will definitely be sore after NB, but I should make it through the race. Will need to keep moving and get some layers on immediately after if I want to get in any kind of cool down before it tightens up on me.
