Notes

4 x strides on the football field then 4 x 300 at mile pace with full recoveries. Not sure if that's what I expected or not. Started to have to press pretty hard on the final straightaway of the 4th one, so stopped there instead of doing a 5th. It felt really fast but it was dark and cold and I was basically by myself.
