Shitstorm at home, didn't make it out of the house til almost 7:30, was sure Mark and Dan would be gone but their cars were still there so I ran laps in the snow on the track until they came back then went to Grumpy's. On the way over to th track as the snow was flying I almost turned around and went home to change clothes and just head to the bar but I said, no, I need to earn it.
3 miles is not a zero. It all counts.
