Now that's just strange. Easy jog, feeling no fatigue at all. Like I didn't even run yesterday. I know I kept the pace easy yesterday but I still expected something from from my longest run in almost a year.
A little light-headed and abs a bit sore from last night's puke-a-rama, but all muscles and systems directly involved in running felt utterly perfect--even strangely so. Last mile was 7:10 not even breathing. Just jogging.
