Jog home.
Basically anytime today the conditions would have been perfect for this workout ... except for a 90 minute window during which I did it. Decided to wait until after Allie's meet to reduce family stress. It started snowing lightly on the ride home, by the time I was in running clothes and heading out the door it was dumping pretty hard but the temps were around freezing and the treated roads were okay, for a while. By the time I got over to the lake, visibility was about 20 feet and the snow was piling up quickly. Road conditions got worse and worse the deeper I got into the run and by the 3rd interval there was no traction at all. My footprints that I'd made on the first lap were gone by the time I got around for the 2nd lap. Then, after I finished the workout and was just jogging home, the snow let up and then stopped. For real. WTF.
