GLRR workout at LHS indoor track.
20 minutes up,
4 x 1 mile / jog 3 laps (about 2:40)
21+ minutes down.
With EJ, Bui, Matt mostly. These felt really easy. That's a lot of laps on that little track but it's nice to not be freezing your balls off and/or trying to find traction on slippery roads.
It occurred to me as I was driving home with Allie after picking her up at band that 10 miles on the rat dome track is actually 110 laps. It makes me a little dizzy just thinking about it.
