Legs are junk, lots of little niggles, feeling fat, bloated and wholly unmotivated--pretty much exactly how you're supposed to feel two and a half weeks after a marathon.
Was going to take a day off. Instead I watched that Beats "Game Before the Game" video a couple of times, put on some racing flats and went out for a lunchtime 10 x 1 on / 1 off workout. Pretty much the same as a day off except not at all.
