Ahh, so nice to start a morning run in the daylight.

Did 6 x 3 on / 2 off around the lake. For some reason on the recovery between the 3rd and 4th I was having a hard time recovering, looked down about 1:30 into it and noticed I was "recovering" at 6:56 pace ... so slowed to a jog for the last 30 seconds but still wound up not really recovered. Thus the 2nd half of this workout was a little harder than it needed to be, although not bad.

First week where both Tuesday's and Thursday's workouts went according to plan and felt the way they should feel. I'm getting there.
