This kind of sucked. Cold like winter again, almost too windy to run the lake, and I'm coughing up quahogs. Could not get any air at all--it was like running at elevation. Also, if I'm doing 3 x 2 I really need to do more than 2 laps around the lake...the 3rd one took me part of the way home and crossing the street etc took me all out of my rhythm. At least I get credit for showing up for this workout. Really hope my cold is better by thurs because I'm itching to run fast.

Did my lunges, stretching, strengthening routine after.

Hours later, at work, and I'm still not getting enough O2--feeling light headed and tired. This cold sucks.
