Random niggling injury report: the right upper quad issue that was lingering for over a week post-jones is gone. The right upper calf tightness/sore spot that showed up randomly on Monday morning was still there and kind of sore, especially during warmup, but this could easily be from working on it so hard with the foam roller and my thumbs last night. It didn't bother me during the workout portion at all. The good ole left glute/hamstring/hip area did not even make a peep until about 3/4 through the last interval (hello old friend, I was worried you'd left me for good) but was even less noticeable than it's been on a lot of long runs/workouts. All in all a few chinks in the armor but really less than I'd expect this deep into the training cycle.
