Just ran it. Did the same out-and-back route that Dan and I did 2 weeks ago. This one felt a lot easier and was faster than the last one. And much easier than last week's 18 with 9 at MP.
Took a gu just before ipswich river park and then took a little detour there to use the water fountain, which was open finally.
Beautiful day.
Later did lunges, bridges stretching etc.
