Easy a.m. jog.

Right hip/glute/hamstring system all seems okay, just a little tightness. Pretty sure I avoided injury by stopping on Sunday, so there's that. Took it really slow until everything loosened up.

Left foot def hurts more than last week but probably has more to do with all the work I've been doing on it for the past few days than anything from the race.
