Notes

Just ran it. Was going to do a lynnfield but had some gi issues that caused me to get a late start. Just as well as I was feeling some fatigue in my hips and ass from monday night's session. Hot as balls out.

Hip extension stretches 1+ min each x 3 ... much better than 3 min straight and I'm definitely getting more than 3 minutes total on each side this way.
