Morning shakeout. Did 6 x strides along the lake. Legs feel great despite driving for 4+ hours last night--it's amazing what skipping a workout on Tuesday will do for recovery when you've been riding the hard/easy rodeo for 6 straight weeks.

Wore shorts and a t-shirt on January 31st after freezing my nuts off for 8 days straight last week. Whatever.
