3 mi warmup including 3 x strides,
6 x 1000m / jog 200 (3:33, 3:37, 3:38, 3:39, 3:31, 3:35),
600m slow jog,
4 x 200m / jog 200 (33, 35, 36, 37),
4 mi jog home.
Kind of a do-over from last wednesday...couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. Was a little too full of piss and vinegar for this one, thus the 3:33 opening thousand and 33 sec opening 200. Dumbass. Well good workout, even if the splits were all over the friggin map.
