3 mile warmup with 3 x 100m strides,
4 x 1 mile @ 10k pace / 391m jog,
(5:49, 5:51, 5:49, 5:42)
4+ mile cooldown.
Good workout, expected to not be fully recovered from the half but if I was I didn't notice it at all, first mile rep felt light and quick. Supports the theory that I didn't go to the well on Sunday. None of these felt really hard until the last 600m of the last one. Right calf a little sore/knotted, maybe from the half.
